Calm Essential Oil Blend is a tranquil and aromatic synergy of Lavender, Chamomile, Bergamot, Geranium and Cedarwood designed to bring serenity and relaxation into your daily routine.  Carefully curated to provide a calming and balancing aromatic experience in your home or office.  These essential oils are known for soothing nerves, reducing tension, balancing effect on emotions and promoting a restful night's sleep.

How To Use

Add 3-10 drops into your diffuser.  The bigger the room, the more essential oil you will need.

Add 1-3 drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale deeply for 5-10 mins

If applying directly to skin always use a carrier oil (jojoba, olive or fractionated coconut for example).  Calm works great when applied to the chest, behind the ears on the wrists.  Always do a test patch when first trying this blend.
